Ability to do the work of an TOXIC MATERIAL HANDLER SUPERVISOR without more than normal supervision. Screen-Out:
Exercising responsibility over operations of a work crew performing surveillance inspection work in an ammunition activity during the receipt, storage, shipment, maintenance, modification, renovation, demilitarization and destruction of chemical munitions / hazardous materials; Reacting to unanticipated variations in the work schedule and maintaining a balanced workload between subordinate work groups; determining training needs of subordinates and arranges for its accomplishment; making routine decisions regarding the execution of policy and procedures that have been interpreted or established by higher authority. Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
