Ability to do the work of an Painter Leader without more than normal supervision. Ability to relay instructions, assign immediate tasks to lower level team members. Skilled in assessing lower level team members work in progress, work status and to ensure verbal and/or written instructions are met. Ability to provide procedural instructions initially on new or unusual work assignments or items. Ability to perform difficult and complex painting applications utilizing paint booths, spray guns and related equipment. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability To Lead or SuperviseAbility To Use and Maintain Tools and EquipmentDexterity and SafetyKnowledge of MaterialsTechnical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic) Physical Effort:
Work involves lifting, carrying and handling heavy objects weighing 25 to 40 pounds, and occasionally items exceeding 40 pounds. Work requires standing for extended periods of time, and requires stooping, bending, kneeling, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions. Work requires moderate muscular effort, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination. Working Conditions:
Work is done inside and outside, and dirt, spay and fumes are usually present. Work is performed around noisy and greasy machines. Incumbent is exposed to paint and paint fumes, stencil inks and thinners, dust, and chemical solvents. Subject to mashed fingers, broken extremities, cuts and abrasions from power tools and conveyors. Must wear protective equipment and clothing specified in SOP's, which may be cumbersome and uncomfortable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
