Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to do the work of an Painter Supervisor without more than normal supervision. Ability to perform the most difficult and complex Painter Supervisor duties such as leading and supervising painting workers; assigning work orders to team members; monitoring the completion of assignments; establishing work priorities; ordering necessary supplies and equipment to complete assignments; supervising work in progress for quality; making recommendations to overcome problems such as equipment failure; absenteeism; implementing corrective actions to resolve work problems; supporting and explaining management programs to subordinates; setting performance standards and making formal appraisals of subordinates. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas; Ability To Lead or SuperviseDexterity and SafetyKnowledge of MaterialsTechnical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic) Physical Effort:
Work involves lifting, carrying and handling heavy objects weighing 25 to 40 pounds, and occasionally items exceeding 40 pounds. Work requires standing for extended periods of time, and requires stooping, bending, kneeling, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions. Work requires moderate muscular effort, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination. Working Conditions:
Work is done inside and outside, and dirt, spay and fumes are usually present. Work is performed around noisy and greasy machines. Incumbent is exposed to paint and paint fumes, stencil inks and thinners, dust, and chemical solvents. Subject to mashed fingers, broken extremities, cuts and abrasions from power tools and conveyors. Must wear protective equipment and clothing specified in SOP's, which may be cumbersome and uncomfortable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
