Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes 1) performing coordination and integration of work assignments, projects, or program segments of professional, scientific, technical, or administrative work; 2) identifying and integrating internal and external program issues affecting an organization, such as those involving technical, financial, organizational, and administrative factors; 3) developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving processes and procedures to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of a chemical storage and destruction program; 4) making recommendations in significant internal and external program and policy issues affecting an overall organization, involving political and technological conditions; 5) providing management and supervisory oversight for the daily activities of an organization's operations; 6) ensuring the overall development and implementation of a comprehensive training program for chemical operations, emergency management, and incident management, in preparation for demil operations; 7) using extensive experience and broad knowledge of toxic chemical and explosive storage principles and practices to develop new methods and policies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13 or above). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
