Experience:
To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as (1) independently performing or managing other in performing various phases of ammunition logistic program cycles. (2) Coordinating all logistical aspects of various ammunition operations to include transportation maintenance, demilitarization and storage AND (3) Preparing a detailed analysis of the logistic program and providing recommendations concerning the acquisition movement and storage of ammunition. .This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent GS-11. Time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
