Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
Review manpower data to determine the validity of staffing request; Utilize automated systems to acquire metrics and budget data; Provide assistance to conduct manpower management studies or develop study plans outlining areas for special emphasis and administrative arrangement; Coordinate personnel actions, compute statistical data relevant to the organization.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education Substitution:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work of the position to be filled. (NOTE:

Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semesters hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. (NOTE:

Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
Perform reviews of manpower data or Table Distribution Assignment (TDA) to determine the validity of staffing request; Utilize automated systems to obtain a variety of manpower data reports; Provide manpower management studies or develop plans outlining areas with special emphasis and make administrative decisions; Review and approve personnel actions, compute statistical data relevant to the organization; Provide technical assistance regarding submission of personnel actions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education Substitution:
Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position to be filled. (NOTE:

Experience:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07). To be considered at the GS-11:
Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09). Future Military Retirees:
You are required to submit a copy of your retirement DD Form 214 (Member 4 Copy) OR certification document OR a copy of your retirement letter AND a copy of your terminal leave request (if applicable). You will be required to provide your DD Form 214 (Member 4 Copy) upon issuance. Future Separation from the Military:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
