Experience:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes:
establishing antiterrorism/security operational plans, policies, and procedures to be followed by an installation; evaluating physical security programs to determine their effectiveness; coordinating operational, emergency and/or special plans that relate to security of the installation; and, developing short term and long term plans regarding annual work planning and programs. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
