Assist customers in the selection and purchase of products and services.

Effectively communicate product and service information, feature functionality, billing procedures and equipment usage to each customer.

Attempts to retain customers seeking to disconnect or downgrade services through examining the needs of the customers as they pertain to TWC products/services.

Effectively process customer bill payments.
:
Achieve all sales and retention quotas set for the department by following the established departmental policies and procedures.
:
Demonstrate full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings and have the ability to communicate them clearly to customers.
:
Accurately enter data into billing system.
Job Requirements:
:
Minimum one year sales experience, commission:
based Retail sales preferred.
:
Ability to multi:
task and prioritize in a fast:
paced environment.
:
Must demonstrate intermediate to advanced PC skills with a strong understanding of the MS Office suite.

Must have excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.

Occasional travel to other sites within the region.
:
High school diploma or general education degree.
