Description Basic Purpose Of Position We are now located in 7 cities, expanding out to 13 this year.
In this position you will:
Speak directly to about 30 customers per day and be able to answer customer questions and set up appointments for our sales team Work with the customer to make sure they have accurate information about our products Navigate on our databases to look up customer information and update appointments and company reports Receive monthly reviews for promotion eligibility Report to management before and after shift Attend corporate meetings Monday and Thursday every week Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience Demonstrated job stability and dependability Effective communication and computer skills in a windows operation system Reliable transportation Team player with positive attitude and stress resistant Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to overcome objections and persuade customers to set up appointments Additional Information Salary Information We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive salary with monthly promotional reviews Starting pay is approx 15.
