Job Description We are seeking a Social Marketing Manager! Job
Summary:
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
Manage and execute social media presence for Tempur Sealy to create engaging dialogue with consumers.
Collaborate with digital agencies, brand agencies, and the internal marketing department to master brand voice, tone, and key messages.
Contribute to and execute the social media strategy in targeted campaigns and in day to day communications across multiple social media platforms.
Drive collaboration with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure brand directives and promotions are integrated into ongoing social media initiatives.
Grow the base, reach, and quality of Tempur Sealy social media presence to targeted audiences.
Design and execute viral/buzz marketing campaigns in coordination with digital marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue.
Oversee creative executions and design for social media programs with digital agency.
Measure, analyze, report and optimize performance of social media executions with the support of agency tools.
Develop and run strong voice of consumer feedback loop to key internal work groups to ensure consumer experience drives product development, marketing, and customer service.
Stay on top of trends and best-in-class practices within the social space, and determine how Tempur Sealy can best apply them.
Define KPI's and benchmarks for all social channels.
Ability to understand and drive Tempur Sealy business objectives through social media communications A true passion for social media and the continual innovation of digital communication Expertise in written communication with an emphasis on social communication Experience in developing and executing consumer communications for leading brands or equivalent experience Exceptional attention to detail An understanding of the unique challenges surrounding social media, and a proactive approach to meeting those challenges Proven ability to make good judgments in public brand/company communications Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to manage multiple projects Excellent internal collaborator and builder of effective cross-functional relationships with a positive personality Experience with social listening and analytics tools such as Radian6, Sysomos, Crimson Hexagon, etc.
and the ability to turn this data into actionable insights An understanding of the unique rules and restrictions of each social media environment Experience in executing branded promotions across social media
Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related field required Minimum of 4-6 years of digital marketing, social marketing, public relations, or marketing communications experience required Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Fast-paced corporate office environment.
Some stress may occur.
Travel around scheduled projects such as program roll-outs may be necessary.
