Customer service/Contract specialist

Customer Service/Contract specialist Position Duties:
o Manage all reporting and renewals for our 60
contracts o Work closely with our factory in Pennsylvania to exceed customer expectations and to ensure total satisfaction with our products and service.
o Process customer purchase orders, checking carefully for accurate product model #'s, pricing, freight amounts, etc.
Required
Qualifications:
1.
Minimum 5 years customer service experience 2.
Cheerful, energetic personality 3.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 5.
Demonstrated teamwork skills, including ability to work with cross-functional teams Compensation &
