Summary:
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
Use the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology to frame up improvement efforts and demonstrate measurable results.
Train others in the use of DMAIC tools and methodologies to ensure alignment of efforts.
Envision, design and implement required business processes ensuring cost effective long and short term trade-offs such as manual versus automated processes and technology investments.
Responsible for specific business processes (e.
g.
manufacturing, sourcing, planning, warehousing) Facilitate reengineering business processes, modifications to organizational roles and responsibilities, and replacing legacy technologies as appropriate.
Function as a core Procure to Pay team member and functional subject matter expert in working sessions designed to cross-functionally improve business processes.
Serve as a working member of the Master Data Management Team responsible for implementation of global, regional and local data quality efforts.
Develop PTP scorecard and dashboard metrics in conjunction with business leadership, perform gage R&R to evaluate and advise the quality of the metrics, create ongoing visibility and determine operational goals for performance improvements within agreed upon timeframes and deliver results.
Remain knowledgeable about upcoming AX implementations and functional requirements and manage process improvements within a timeframe which supports overall ERP migration timeline.

Keep management informed on program objectives and progress and ensure communication through the use of standard tools and reporting rhythm including gaps, open items, status and critical upcoming decisions/events.
Leverage effective use of change leadership tools and techniques to assure adoption and buy-in of all processes and systems across the company.

years) with complete command of DMAIC methodology.
Proven ability to create measurement systems and demonstrate quantifiable success (metrics to dollars).
Demonstrated ability to think cross functionally, influencing change within a multi departmental environment.
Excellent relationship building and alignment building skills.
Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical skills and very detail oriented.
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four year college or university; technical degree preferred.
Strong leadership, meeting management, and presentation skills are necessary.
Proven business process redesign experience.
To perform this job successfully, the employee must be capable of performing each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.

Training/Equipment:
Six Sigma certification, project completion and coaching of GB projects required Proficiency in technology (including but not limited to Microsoft Office SharePoint and Microsoft Project) PMP certified a plus Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Fast-paced corporate office environment.
Some stress may occur.
Regular travel is not expected in this position; however, travel around scheduled projects such as program rollouts may be necessary.
