Job Description:
Automotive Store Manager Job Description The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
Manage the center from the front service counter to the flow of work in and out of the servicearea at all times.
Carefully listen to the customer's requirement(s) and promptly arrange for vehicle service orrepair action.
Monitor service/repair action and inform customer of progress.
Perform customer follow.
up courtesy call to ensure delivery met expectations.
Train, and motivate Meineke team members.
Maintain an exceptionally clean and well:
organized facility.
Achieve targeted profitable revenues through sales and service Practice loss control through continuous spot checks of inventory, cash drawer checks, monitoring of employees Ensure environmental compliance regulations Oversee inventory control Create accurate and reliable estimates for customers JOB REQUIREMENTS Automotive Store Manager Requirements:
Coursework/Tech School certification (or equivalent practical experience) High School Diploma or GED Affinity for automotive vehicle maintenance 5
