Job Description:
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
Responsible for working with product development on manufacturability and assessing readiness of the product and process for start of production.
Work throughout various areas of engineering including electrical systems, mechanical, chemical, reliability engineering, failure analysis, tooling and/or other related fields.
Coordinate failure analysis to determine root cause and appropriate corrective actions.
Work with DE / PE / QE teams for new product introductions and ongoing support.
Support vendors and interface on technical issues/topics.
Evaluate and discuss product issues with plant managers and non:
technical personnel.
Apply statistical methods to characterize product performance for improved fact based decision making.
Responsible for fabricated metal subsystems associated with adjustable bed bases.
Strong project and product management skills Strong analytic and strategic problem solving ability Flexible team player with strong relationship:
