Development of inspection criteria, inspection receiving plan.
Evaluation of supplier part date.
Audit supplier processes.
Supplier quality tracking (C/M enforcement).
Process Operation Audits:
Develop counter:
measures for process improvements.
Develop Pre and Mass production system audit for specialists and team members.
Develop a QAPP for level 2 and 3 suppliers.
MUST HAVE:
Seven to ten (7 to10) years of previous manufacturing/quality experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from college or technical school five (5) years related work experience.
Advanced technical knowledge in product design functions, and manufacturing inspection processes.
Understanding of quality management systems.
Administrative knowledge regarding budgeting, data collection, and capital equipment analysis.
