Our goal is to improve the overall health and independence of our clients, in both the community and at home.
In this position, you will provide support for by helping them build strong community and social skills (such as learning budgeting, safety, meeting new people, etc.
).
We work hard to promote successful matches between our staff and clients.
Our pay rate ranges from $20.
86-$26.
08 per hour depending on the service that you provide.
This pay range is taking place due to an emergency fund through the waiver systems.
Both full and part-time positions are available.
No experience is required, however, we are looking for applicants who are strong communicators, timely to shifts and possess genuine care and compassion for the population we serve.
We offer paid training We require all staff to possess to a valid driver's license, maintain active and valid auto insurance, drive a reliable vehicle, and have the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Our agency hosts quarterly parties, provides community activities and a variety of opportunities for staff to participate in with their clients.
