We are seeking a skilled Acme-Gridley Multiple-Spindle Screw Machine Machine Operator and to join our team.
As a Acme-Gridley Multiple-Spindle Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining and setting-up various types of machinery to produce high-quality products.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications - Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines - Inspect finished products for quality control purposes - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Skills:
- Proficient in machining techniques and equipment operation - Knowledge of materials handling and fabrication processes - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control - Familiarity with tooling and packaging procedures - Experience with CAD software is a plus - Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently - Understanding of logic controllers and their functions - Proficient in using calipers for precise measurements We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
