- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Skills:
