Summary:
This position is responsible for supervising and oversing County buildings including maintenance, and the custodial staff to ensure the overall upkeep of the Madison County Fiscal Court Facilities including, but not limited to, the Courthouse, Courthouse Annex, County Road Department, Family Court Building, Circuit Court facilities, and the Emergency Operations Center.
The individual will perform general physical maintenance on the facilties and ensure buildings are well kept and operating properly.
