Summary:
Primary responsible for meeting revenue and deployment goals for JustChoice Lending through origination of new residential mortgage loan applications within Fahe's retail mortgage division, JustChoice Lending. This is expected to be accomplished through customer pipeline development, marketing, relationship development between industry partners, as well as establishing and maintaining connections with key players in the lending service area.Essential Duties and Functions:
Handles confidential information with tact and discretion.Makes contact with new and existing realtors and industry partners to market Fahe loan products. Develops relationships with significant employers and prominent businesses in the lending service area to market loan products. Develops and executes a relationship building and marketing plan designed to generate the required level of business for revenue production. Consistently meets minimum closed loan monthly volume.Meets revenue goals.Effectively and efficiently handles inquiries within 24-48 hours regarding mortgage programs from the public that come via various outlets not limited to but including:
phone, website, walk-in, referrals and other sources. Knows and understands the requirements of all mortgage funding sources to ensure funding dates and compliance requirements are met daily.Evaluates mortgage applications resulting in the best match for client and product involving clients, their realtors and sellers daily. Communicate courteously and effectively with others- deal with issues directly, in a respectful and timely manner, focus on resolving the issue while not criticizing the person.Work effectively in a team environment and actively participate in joint problem solving:
willingness to cooperate with co-workers.Willingness to take initiative amongst the team.Requirements for this position include:
Obtain and/ or maintains NMLS approval and licenses in all states under the lending service area umbrella. Travel required, based on production.Preferred Education and

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
