M&M is seeking a motivated and passionate Assistant Manager to join the Freddy's team.
Within the Assistant Manager position you will enable top efficiency, mentor Shift Supervisors and manage the technical operations of Freddy's alongside the General Manager.
ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Support the training of new Shift Supervisors, Hot Line, Cold Line and Assistant Managers Work with team members to create schedules that support both Freddy's and the team member personally Review sales volumes and inventory to ensure proper food order placement with vendors Maintain a positive and encouraging work environment Provide growth opportunity through performance reviews, identifying opportunities and setting goals for your team Partner with the GM for purchasing, pars, inventory levels, P&L and payables Manage the store in absence of the General Manager Provide and communicate safety expectations for team members and guests Advocate and assist guests requiring additional assistance Participate and engage team members in community events Perform other position duties when requested SUCCESS FACTORS:

Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential duties Must be able to lift up to 40lbs during the course of a workday Reasonable accommodations will be made to those requiring certain assistance EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
