Providing caregiving services to a group of residents in assisted living and/or memory care including exceptional ADL assistance.
Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities and outings.
Providing hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene care & mobility in a fast-paced senior living community with varying levels of acuity.
Observe and report any changes in resident's physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family Assist residents with meals and snacks Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary Housekeeping duties as necessary
Qualifications:
LTC/SNF experience preferred Must enjoy working with the senior population Arcadian Cove is an equal opportunity employer.
