Customer Service Representative

The customer service department works closely with our purchasing department and production to ensure that needed materials to produce order are available or procured and to schedule machine time for required production runs.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner utilizing both verbal and written communications.
Office skills should include experience answering phone lines, data entry, filing, using fax machine, copier, computer knowledge using Microsoft Office and Excel.
