This position assures, participates and arranges daily preparation and transportation of the food to the centers.
Participates, assures and arranges for the maintenance of food preparation, storage areas and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner that also complies with the Health Department, Head Start and licensing requirements.
Additionally, assists with maintaining and preparing appropriate reports for the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
2 years experience in quality food preparation with special emphasis on food service for children is required.
