Summary:
The person hired for the position of Maintenance Mechanic will maintain equipment used in the production of ceramic components.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment and systems :
Maintain parts inventory and PM records :
Execute tasks related to process improvement and capital projects :
Actively seeks continuous improvements related to equipment, processes, and systems :
Daily monitoring of critical process and equipment parameters :
Maintain daily accountability records This position will require:

Working a 12 hour rotating shift This position may require:

Qualifications:

Possess a High School Diploma or GED :
Industrial maintenance experience Preferred
Qualifications:

Possess a Technical diploma :
Experience operating a fork:

Experience working with hand/shop tools commonly used for repairs and troubleshooting :
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment :
Basic computer knowledge Qualified applicants will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
