A basic working knowledge of accounting principles is required, we will provide training on the specifics of how to use our products.
Monthly Utility Billing Bank Reconciliations Processing Accounts Payable Entering & Auditing Payrolls Posting Journal Entries General Ledger Account Analysis and Reconciliation Answer inbound calls and emails, and assist customers.
Our customers are employees in towns, cities, and municipalities across the country.
Document call details, follow up on resolutions, and provide outstanding customer service on every interaction.
There are opportunities to travel and train new customers on our products, trainers receive additional pay and all travel expenses while on site at a training location.
