Summary:
Essential Functions/Primary
Responsibilities:
Engagement:
Maintains positive associate, corporate and community relations.
Develops, coordinates and implements successful learning and development plan for associates/supervisors.
Minimize litigious activity and maximize associate engagement by coaching and advising facility management on policy interpretations, disciplinary actions and terminations to ensure consistency and fair treatment.
Responsible to ensure town hall session, scorecard and roundtable processes are owned and executed properly by facility management.
Talent Acquisition:
Establishes and administers quality sourcing pool of talent that are cost-effective to recruit and retain quality associates that will maintain required plant staffing levels.
Acquires targeted talent for salaried positions as they become vacant.
Building Capability:
Facilitates the thinking, discussion and decisions for plant changes in regard to role clarity, organizational changes and its impact on job descriptions, organization structure and compensation competitiveness.
Execute agreed upon quarterly learning and development activity.
Develops, coordinates, and implements improvements for efficient HR processes and operations.
Administration:
Invest and manage plant expenses related to HR.
Compiles and submits information for all required plant/corporate monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Ensures compliance to all federal, state and local laws and company policies.
Qualification Requirements:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field Minimum of 5-7 years of prior experience in HR Manager capacity dealing with complex human resources business challenges, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge including legal and regulatory compliance, talent acquisition, associate relations, organizational development and performance management Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
