TALENT MANAGEMENT PROCESS MGR-pd relo to Abbott Park, IL-5bzs0171
The TMO Manager will be a Hands on Manager responsible for:
Designing, building and automating talent management processes, metrics, tracking, and reporting capabilities.
Creating and maintaining all pipeline dashboards, reports, metrics and talent review content, with particular focus on Critical Talent Pipeline.
Producing flawless documents when perfection is required.
Reviewing data and communicating insights as a basis for talent management action to be utilized with key stakeholders including c-suite executive management.
Evaluating Talent data collection process to ensure efficiency and high level of data integrity.
Integrating analytics across multiple HR groups to ensure synergies in measurement and reporting.
Influencing others involved with integrated talent management process in collection, management and distribution of data.
Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and outcomes and model optimization.
Managing annual TMO cycle.
Overseeing and training junior analyst to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
