SUMMARY The Operator Level 01 consists of rotations in the following processes:

Box Maker :
ITW Off:
Loader Sorter :
Puma Off:
Loader /Loader :
Streak Puller ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties as assigned.
Box Maker :
Maintain an ample supply of boxes ahead of the Nesters/Packers :
Apply labels in appropriate area on all boxes.

Be certain of the correct carton, label and date.
:
Be aware of the production schedule and communicate it regularly to the Lead Person.
:
At the end of each run, count boxes so the correct amount is on the line to fill the schedule.

Follow all Lock:
Out:
Tag:
Out (LOTO) procedures.
:
Keep the designated Hasko area clean and hazard free at all times.
ITW Off:
Loader Sorter :
Stack wood in buggies to proper height.
:
Stack wood on buggies neatly to assure proper square footage on buggie.
:
Push buggies when full.
:
Keep area floor clear of debris.
:
Separate wood into light and dark when required.
:
Downtime:
sweep areas :
Watch for delam and moulder defects.
Puma Off:
Loader :
Stack wood on pallets to proper height.
:
Stack wood on pallets neatly to assure proper square footage on pallet.
:
Place proper ticket on pallet.
:
Push pallets out when full and notify lift driver.
:
Keep area floor clear of debris.
:
Downtime:
sweep areas.
Streak Puller :
Lock out/tag out responsibilities :
Pull mineral streak boards when running light colors :
Pull wood for stack:
off when line is down :
Hand load pulled streak when running dark colors :
Make sure all boards are not overlapped when running line or hand loading as not to cause sander jams or broken belts :
Watch and listen for transfer jams to stop line :
Whenever finish line is down, off load wood at back of shuttle :
Keep wood straight and even :
Any other duties assigned :
Serve as back:
up operator, those duties include:

Keep up with hour:

Assist with changeovers and PMs :
Operate control panel :
Resets/starts :
Assure proper material is ran :
Communicate with the replacement streak puller on what products are being ran Allowed Rotations :
The sorter is allowed to rotate with the loaders.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUACATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
