Directing, leading and mentoring the engineering team in the production area Managing manufacturing, mechanical, electrical and industrial engineers Leading new model launches into manufacturing Managing and leading new tool builds and capital equipment from concept through completion Ensuring high quality products are delivered to the customer on time and within budget Strategic development and quoting new business At least a four:
