Responsibilities include a range of IT program analysis and assessment services required to support IT implementation, execution, and sustainment.

Coordinates for and maintains system architecture information in various Army portfolio management applications, as well as develop and maintain IT architecture documentation.
:
Serves as the organization's administrator for the on:
line system registry, database and portfolio management decision tool.
:
Develops policy documentation, information papers and briefings in support of the organization's portfolio management actions.
:
Facilitates, manage, and support IT:
related coordination events as well as facilitate knowledge transfer and institutionalization of best practices in IT management and compliance reporting to the program/project customers, stakeholders, and managers.

Minimum

Bachelor's Degree in IT System Analysis or related field; Or at least 5
years of experience in Army IT Systems and Budget Analysis.
:
Responsibilities of this position require outstanding interpersonal skills, the exercise of a high degree of initiative, diplomacy, and a personable and professional demeanor, as well as flexibility working in a professional office that routinely interacts with senior members of the military, civil service and business communities.

Must be a motivated self:
starter, capable of functioning in a fast:
moving, intense environment.

Must have strong problem solving skills, ability to organize activities of self and others to accomplish assigned tasks.
:
Must possess excellent oral and written communications ability, as well as briefing preparation and presentation skills.

Must be a team player, with demonstrated ability to interact with multiple layers of leadership and management.

Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft computing environment.

Secret Security Clearance required.
Can start with an Interim Secret Preferred
