Dining Room Manager/Maitre D’
Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 This job is located in New Albany Ohio, Near the Columbus area Exclusive Central Ohio Private Country Club seeks polished Maitre D to control and oversee the operational flow of multiple a la carte dining outlets.
Applicant must maintain a persona that reflects the established image of a premier private Club; act as goodwill ambassador to members and their guests.
Applicant must have five years experience including a minimum of 3 in fine dining restaurant management with diverse wine knowledge.
Club/Resort Experience is a plus.
This position requires the ability to multi-task, be an on your feet thinker while leading a service team.
Must have experience in leading management team and versed in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
