Must be at least 25 years or older Responsible Responsive Have transportation Have an enthusiastic and caring disposition Be an excellent communicator Have an interest in foreign cultures Enjoy working with young people between 15 and 18 years of age Educated Networking Capabilities LCsreceive placement and supervision fees for each student they place and supervise.
In addition, ICES offers the opportunity to qualify for an international incentive trip and a national training meetingheld once a yearby obtaining a certain number of placements by certain deadlines.
