Job Description Quarterly Analysis and Reporting Processes (25) :

Coordinate with Market Controllers and External Reporting to address questions on quarterly MD and A submissions :
Perform analysis and prepare schedules detailing division results for inclusion in the closing presentation :
Prepare quarterly FX risk analysis (assets and income) :
Prepare quarterly Currency Translation Adjustment analysis for submission to External Reporting as support for the Statement of Cash Flows (existing process) :
Assist with the tie:
out and documentation of Earnings Release and other Investor Relations reporting Period Close Processes (15) :
Analyze period Currency Translation Adjustment for reasonableness and accuracy :

Prepare reconciliation of certain balance sheet accounts each period (primarily OCI) :
Monitor defined benefit pension accounting and coordinate related journal entries with Field Control Teams :
Assist with the tie:
out and documentation of Dallas Flash and LT reports Government Reporting (20) :
Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for submission to U.
S.
Department of Commerce (DOC) :
Maintain relationship with DOC representative and respond to inquiries regarding submissions :
Monitor changes in DOC requirements and implement necessary changes in reporting :
Develop process documentation and regular management reporting of DOC submissions and any related issues Other/Ongoing (20) :
