Salon Manager / Lead Stylist Wanted
Premier Salons is adding to our creative team of experienced stylists and our looking for someone to lead our salon area.
What we are looking for in a Lead:
-Has superior color and cutting skills -Has an established clientele of $800 per week or more -Effective trainer of new/developmental staff -Organized in maintaining professional inventory of hair department -Possesses a Beauty Image and presentation, is well put together and fashionable -Is excited and passionate about Beauty products and services -Is knowledgeable about leading edge techniques and style -Is outgoing and personable -Is committed to prescribing retail product and attending product knowledge classes -Continues to build customer base through referrals -Has consistent service delivery, both customer service and quality of work -Conducts practical interviews for all hires working to hire new staff Thank you for your time and attention.
