Engineering Manager

The main missions of the role are to :
o Supervise and Lead engineers and ensures their work meets all internal/external requirements.
o Oversees and recommends and implements all phases of the seat designs project to complete it within budget and to meet customer-determined project milestone and completion dates targets.
o Creates and oversees all D&D budgets.
Develops methods for frequent tracking and strategies for improving performance.
o Ensures that the product designs proposed by the design team are feasible and economical to produce in the manufacturing facilities and processes available, in particular through management mode.
o Ensures that the lead, projects engineers, design engineers and designers, and solutions meet all the requirements by giving them clear and complete directions regarding design concepts and parameters, and by evaluating their output.
o Contributes to manufacturing performance and customer service by assisting in the resolution of production or quality issues associated with the design.
o Keeps their team informed about all relevant information; he/she responsible for managing all Human Resources of their team including their professional development and annual performance reviews and participation in recruitment.
o Works closely with Program Management to understand and achieve program milestones.
o Other duties and special projects assigned Qualifications :
o Bachelor of Science Engineering or Minimum 5 years experience in automotive engineering field o Extensive track record in managing a team o Good communications skills o Strong knowledge of automotive specific engineering process (example:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
