Summary:
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
Compensation Administer North American base pay and bonus programs including annual focal review and bonus cycles Manage projects such as survey participation and analysis, compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with HR Managers to educate Managers Maintaining complex databases and tools to store, categorize, and manipulate large datasets Developing a deep understanding of the various marketplaces for Tempur Sealy talent and marry this to Tempur-Sealy's compensation philosophy in support of Managers.
Driving critical projects from the conceptualization through completion.
Statistical Reports Develop and deliver periodic HR metric reporting pertaining to compensation, benefits and other HR projects including associated development/training needs Consult with management to understand data needs; conceptualize and develop ad hoc and ongoing reports to meet the business needs Consult with Human Resources team to understand reporting needs.
Independently conceptualize and create reports HRIS Support Support payroll/HRIS data integrity improvement process by auditing and controlling the data input process Assist in the administration and maintenance of the HRIS database to ensure security and integrity of the system.
Experience in HRIS reporting, data retrieval and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or Finance required.
Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration a plus.
1-2 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and/ or significant compensation experience / compensation, (CCP) a plus, PMP certification a plus High proficiency in Microsoft office suite including expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint Statistical report creation and generation with a clear understanding of formulas Project management Database operation, management and troubleshooting To perform this job successfully, the employee must be capable of performing each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Fast-paced corporate office environment.
Some stress may occur.
Regular travel is not expected in this position; however, travel around scheduled projects such as program rollouts may be necessary.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
