VP of IT(Paid Membership Site) - Digital Media Organisation (Bedford, KY)
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for IT in India including strategy, solutions, projects, integration, applications, customer IT relationships, vendor management and infrastructure Responsible for all of IT for the business - proprietary, coalition and analytics Responsible for IT budget and team for Aimia India, including planning, budgeting, monitoring and control Evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of solutions including loyalty, campaign and analytics Establish, build and manage relationships with outsourcing partners, including responsibility for contracts, performance and SLAs Directly responsible for the IT relationships with all partners, including:
?Set up and ongoing management of new customer and partner interfaces ?Developing detailed functional specifications and architecture ?Project management and timely implementation ?Monitoring the data, performance for completeness, timeliness, accuracy ?Responsible for defining, monitoring and reviewing agreements on all key aspects of the IT interface relationship (Service Level Agreements, Support procedures, Business Continuity Plans, etc.
) ?Responsible for managing the relationships between the Co.
and its customers and partners:
sponsors, reward suppliers on IT Establish, build and manage relationship with Aimia global IT to understand global Aimia IT issues, capabilities, trends, etc.
Requirements:
BE / MS / MCA / MBA from a premier institute 15 years experience in IT systems, solutions, software including ERP, DM, DW, BI At least 5 years experience managing IT across an organization or for a client At least 5 years experience in loyalty, campaigns or customer analytics Working with data formats, definitions, structures, warehouses, integration a must Previous experience of setting up a IT Department from scratch preferable Previous enterprise / retail / consumer banking network systems experience preferable Excellent oral and written English communication skills, working knowledge of Hindi, or similar Indian language, an advantage Source:
