Education:
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Kentucky.
Masters Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program.
National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification eligible.
Certification must be obtained within the first six (6) months of employment.
Current BCLS Certification.
Current ACLS Certification.
Current PALS Certification.
Experience:
One year of previous Nurse Practitioner experience required.
License/Certification:
Certification must be obtained within the first six (6) months of employment.
