Summary:
The Admin Support position is responsible for completing the administrative support duties within their assigned clinic.
He/she ensures that all administrative duties are performed accurately and timely while acting as a team player for optimum clinic flow and excellent patient care.
This position will also recognize the need to fulfill tech duties and will act in the tech role (per tech job description) as needed.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely filing of charts and documents and prepare charts for next day patients Scheduling of patients, includes cancellation/call-back's, and referrals Obtains new patient information and accurately enters patient demographic and insurance information in system Assist with insurance verification and pre-certification Fax, track, and file evaluations and re-evaluations Audit charts as assigned by management Perform tech duties as assigned including administering modalities, room preparation, and laundry Performs other tasks as assigned by management Job
Qualifications:
Strong organization, multi-tasking, and customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills that include the ability to effectively communicate verbally Shows initiative and enjoys working as a team in a fast paced environment Experienced with MS Word and Excel and ability to learning new computer programs Flexibility to travel and work at other clinics as needed MUST be flexible Mon-Fri 7AM - 7PM Please submit resumes to hr@resultsphysiotherapy.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
